Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During new product launches, holidays, or sales, processing time may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

Orders under $75 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

After a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, email us at shop@tumbleweedandgrace.com and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged of Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@tumbleweedandgrace.com. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
